As a Client Services Director and Program Manager, a fire sign, a natural A-type personality with an M.A. in Communications, and dual certifications in Project Management... the first thing I will assert and assure you is: NOTHING will ever go according to any 'perfect plan,' so just chill. We got this.
I PREFER BEACHES TO BOARDROOMS.
I have spent my lifetime refining a balanced approach to life itself. Having spent dedicated time in academia, the corporate world and floating the globe as a traveler, I have a wealth of experience and insight that I'm finally ready to radiate - outward! I adamantly prefer beaches to boardrooms, and invite Spontaneity as my personal guest-of-honor at this event we call Life. Some of my fondest memories demonstrate a thrill for adventure: running with the bulls in Spain, rock-climbing in Thailand, sky-diving in my native California, wine-tasting in Portugal, boat-cruising the stunning Amalfi coast of Italy, losing myself in the Bazaars of Turkey and finding myself paragliding over the Mediterranean in Lebanon... I certainly value novel experience as both a mind and heart opening practice!
BUT - IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT ADRENALINE AND TRAVEL.
In fact, I didn't find the courage to travel until after getting married and divorced, graduating cum laude (twice!), reluctantly lifting one heavy foot in front of the other in an ungraceful climb up a corporate ladder to nowhere intentional - then having it all fall apart. It wasn't until I 'had it all' that I realized I had nothing at all. I found myself, at 25 years old, holding on to muted medals that once exclaimed esteemed academic accolades, grasping to a professional title that sat uselessly embossed on a 3.5”x2” card, and reflecting on my first and only romantic relationship - a seven year streak took me from High School Sweetheart to Divorce Petitioner. It wasn't until after realizing 'perfect' wasn't at all perfect that I finally found the courage to awaken. I found myself for the first time solo, and for the first time not alone. I took my first solo trip to Rhodes, Greece. And met myself at what I call my Cross-Rhodes (I'll tell you all about it, just ask!). There, 3am on a balcony in Rhodes, I met myself for the very first time and began an intentional path of purpose. That trip launched a decade of personal discovery, self-love, metal agility and physical awareness that led me to enlivenment.
I WILL SHOW YOU THE WAY!
Now, over a decade since my Cross Rhodes, I want to help you reach yours. Trust me, I know the way! In addition to enjoying the majesty of the churches and castles scattered all about Europe, the crystal waters of the Caribbean and the immeasurable beauty of Grecian islands, I found modern-day stability in consciously building a strong Project Management resume, independently buying my own place in Southern California, investing in a diverse retirement portfolio and securing a zero-debt/liability lifestyle!
Yes! You can have it all, you just need to define what 'all' means to YOU... specifically and uniquely! The key, in my experienced opinion, to a successful project (and life!) is simple: carefully articulate a plan then confidently breathe, release - and flow with the vibrations, baby! Notably, I also sought certifications in pilates and yoga, I am attuned to offer Reiki, I meditate daily... most days. Most recently, I spent time in Indonesia living a Bali island dream - where I was introduced to Breathwork and committed to an 8-month journey that lead me to becoming a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.
I MAKE SPIRITUALITY TANGIBLE.
Today, I unite my academic accolades and professional experience with my essential knowing to help others discover their personal truth. My goal, my purpose, my inspiration is to help you articulate a custom curated holistic practice that meets you where you're at - and fits your hectic schedule! I have aspirations to bridge the gap between what is conceived as a division between the "corporate world" and the "spiritual path," and recovering the truth of humanity via compassion, love, understanding - union. I concede the only true gurus are: nature and your internal knowing, essence.
